TRUMP TOWERS RIO is a complex of five AAA 150 meters high skyscrapers with 38 floors, 322,400 square meters of gross office space and total built area including commercial and underground space of about 450,000 square meters. The project is being developed in Porto Maravilha (“Marvelous Port”) – the Port Region adjacent to the commercial center of Rio de Janeiro. It is the first project to bear the Trump name in Brazil and the largest urban office development in the BRIC countries.

Porto Maravilha is the new central business district of Rio de Janeiro, which is being created with infrastructure investments exceeding 8 bln reais (circa 4 bln dollars) ahead of the Olympic Games that the city will host in 2016. TRUMP TOWERS RIO will be the nucleus of this new CBD because of its world-class AAA standard, grand scale and its location in the heart of the region with the tallest buildings in Porto Maravilha. The site has the benefit of having the best connectivity via Av Francisco Bicalho and other major city arteries with the two airports, the old commercial district, the tunnels to the South Zone of Ipanema and Leblon, the bridge to Niteroi, etc. The future TAV (bullet-train) station as well as the stops of the new VLT (light rail vehicle) and the Metro are adjacent to the complex.

The developers MRP International and Even are planning to lease the office space to large Brazilian and multinational companies and provide the towers for acquisition to long-term investors.
